• Salary: Negotiable, Fixed + Attractive commission structure based on revenue share
• Key Requirements: Quick learner, domain expertise, goal-oriented, skilled in lead generation and sales closure

2. Customer Support & Telecaller Executive (Logistics)

We are looking for a confident, organized, and cool-headed professional to keep our clients happy with their shipping experience.

• Work Location: Work from home (requires broadband, laptop with webcam, and mobile phone)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support/operations role, preferably in logistics
• Skills: Good command of English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Responsibilities: Managing WhatsApp/email support, escalation tickets, outbound/inbound calls, coordinating with courier partners
• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
