Go to the Products section from the left menu. Click Add Product and enter the SKU ID, product name, weight, and dimensions. Upload photos of the product and the packed parcel with the box. When a courier raises a weight discrepancy for a shipment linked to this product, the system automatically attaches the saved images to the dispute - without requiring you to upload them again each time.
