Learn how to use the Copy & Book New feature in iCarry.in to quickly rebook a shipment for the same customer without re-entering all details.
Go to Shipments from the left menu and open the shipment you want to repeat. Click Copy and Book New on the right side. The system automatically fills in the receiver's name, mobile number, address, parcel weight, dimensions, invoice value, and shipment mode from the original order.
You can edit any details if needed. Then click Get Estimate, select a courier, and book the shipment. This feature is especially useful for subscription-based orders, recurring shipments, and frequent buyers.
