Learn how to create multiple shipments at once in iCarry.in using the Excel upload feature - instead of booking each order individually.
Log in and go to Book Shipment > Bulk Upload. You can upload orders using the iCarry standard Excel format, Amazon Tab Delimited TXT file, or Shopify CSV export. Download the sample file from the page to get the correct column structure. Fill in the required fields - receiver details, weight, dimensions, pincode, and parcel contents - and upload the file. The system processes all rows and creates the shipments automatically.
Go to Bulk Edit Shipments to review all imported orders. Edit any details if needed. Select the shipments and click Book Shipment. The system assigns the best available courier based on serviceability and cost. You can also download all shipping labels in bulk after booking.
