Delivery Boost is a feature where iCarry's support team proactively calls your customers before delivery to confirm availability. If a customer is unavailable, multiple call attempts are made. Support tickets are opened for delivery issues, and call recordings are maintained for transparency. This reduces fake NDRs, improves first-attempt delivery success, and helps more COD orders reach the customer.
To enable it, log in and go to Settings > Delivery Boost. Select Yes next to Enable Delivery Boost and click Save. This is how you can enable the feature.
