With OTP Verified Delivery, a shipment is only marked as delivered when the customer shares a unique OTP at the doorstep. No OTP - no delivery confirmation. This eliminates false delivery reports and gives you full confidence that every package actually reached the right person. It also removes the need to chase couriers for proof of delivery.
To enable it, log in and go to Settings > OTP Verified Delivery. Select Yes next to Enable Compulsory OTP Verified Delivery. That's it - the feature is now active for all future shipments.
