Learn how to handle weight discrepancies in iCarry.in when a courier partner revises the shipment weight and applies extra charges.
Go to Shipments > Weight Discrepancies from the left menu. Here you'll see each disputed shipment along with the original weight, the courier's revised chargeable weight, and the difference in charges. To raise a dispute, you need to upload supporting images - including the packed parcel photo and weight measurement photo. Ensure the AWB number is clearly visible in all captured images while raising the dispute. If you have already added product images and dimensions under the Products section, the system will automatically use those images when raising the dispute.
