Learn how to use the My Shipments dashboard in iCarry.in to view, track, filter, and manage all your orders from one place.
Log in and go to Shipments > Shipments from the left menu. By default, shipments from the last 150 days are shown. Use the search bar to find shipments by AWB number, customer name, mobile number, or shipment ID. Filter by status - Pending Pickup, Pickup Scheduled, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered, Returned, and more. You can also filter by date range, courier partner, and shipment type.
Use the export option to download shipment reports. Each shipment row shows its current status, courier name, AWB number, and key details at a glance. This tutorial walks through every section of the dashboard so you can manage orders efficiently.
